New Boutique Clothing

We accept returns on eligible new boutique clothing within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

• Original tags must remain attached.

• Items must be free of stains, odors, pet hair, and other signs of wear.

• Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by law.

Preloved & Consignment Clothing

All preloved, secondhand, and consignment clothing purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for sizing, fit, or change of mind.

We do our best to describe each item's condition accurately and disclose any noticeable flaws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has a significant undisclosed flaw, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.

Please include your order number, a description of the concern, and photographs when possible.

How to Request a Return

Please contact us through the contact form on our website with your order number and reason for requesting a return.

Returns must be approved before items are shipped back. Return instructions will be provided after approval.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
